Booking live music in Dubai

Tap “Create your vision.” on our home page and tell us the type of booking, the date and timings, the venue and what you need — it takes about two minutes. You can also message us on WhatsApp. We then come back to you with artist options and a tailored quote.

It depends on the line-up, how long they perform, the date, the venue and whether you need sound and lighting. Every booking is quoted individually, so send us an enquiry with your details and we’ll prepare a quote. Enquiring is free and doesn’t commit you to anything.

As early as you can — especially for weddings, New Year’s Eve and the busy season from October to April, when the best artists are booked months ahead. We also handle last-minute requests whenever availability allows, so it’s always worth asking.

You’ll receive an email confirming the details you sent, and we reply within 24 hours with suitable artists, options and a quote. If anything changes in the meantime, simply reply to that email or message us on WhatsApp.

We reply to every enquiry within 24 hours. For last-minute bookings in the same week, mention it in your message or contact us on WhatsApp too.

For events, weddings and private parties, a 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking. Residencies don’t usually require a deposit, although one may be requested in some cases.

In the event of force majeure, including but not limited to war, armed conflict, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of either party, the 50% deposit shall be retained as a credit towards a rescheduled booking. The booking must be rescheduled within three (3) months of the original event date, subject to availability. Any rescheduled booking will be subject to mutual agreement between both parties.

We work across Dubai and Abu Dhabi — hotels, restaurants, beach clubs, villas, yachts and event venues. For events elsewhere in the UAE, get in touch and we’ll let you know what’s possible.

Yes — from the ceremony and cocktail hour to dinner and the after-party. A common setup is a singer or acoustic set for the vows, a live band for dinner and a DJ to close the night. We work alongside your wedding planner and venue on timings.

Yes. We supply and run professional sound systems, provide experienced sound engineers and light the stage — together with our artists or on their own, so you deal with one team from soundcheck to the last song.
